Corrinne draws on almost twenty years leadership experience in the corporate and community sectors to ground her coaching and training in the competing realities of the workplace and the challenges of being a leader. Her experience includes leading large interdisciplinary teams in multimillion dollar IT and business projects for one of Australia’s largest companies. Early career roles include marketing and operational roles.
Known for her innovative approach, communication skills, strong results focus, and the ability to move easily between the corporate and community sectors, Corrinne is seen as a provoker of change and growth.
Corrinne enables her clients to achieve objectives faster through embracing the fearless leadership that results from the intersection of purpose, communication and motivation. She is passionate about enabling effective leadership through decoding the below conscious influence of motivational patterns. Corrinne is a co-author of the forthcoming book ‘Peak Performance Patterns – Cracking the code for workplace performance’.
Corrinne has a strong commitment to community. She is currently on the board of Wintringham, a welfare company providing dignified, affordable, high quality care and accommodation to homeless elderly people.
Amongst this she has also spent two years teaching English in a refugee camp on the edge of a war-zone. At home she is Mum to two gorgeous little girls and the occasional foster child.
