Leadership for Results (1+ day)

Develop a Personal Development Leadership Action Plan for Leadership Success

This training program can be delivered as an alternative to the Essential Leadership Skills for New Managers program as it is appropriate for managers at all levels.

Whilst briefly revisiting the basics of leadership, this program focuses on building individual leaders understanding of core leadership concepts, enhancing skills development and increasing self awareness.

The program is highly interactive and at the conclusion of the program each participant has developed a personal development leadership action plan to reflect their personal areas for enhancement and improvement.

This action plan can be fed back into existing performance development plans, or can be utilised as part of the information gathering process for an executive coaching program.

This training is generally delivered with a follow up session at a later date to assist with keeping participants accountable for their development and to provide participants with an opportunity to debrief any challenges and discuss alternative strategies.
