Coaching services

A coach can be engaged for personal or professional reasons. At Inspired Reality we offer a range of coaching services to meet all of your personal and professional needs.

All clients are required to complete a client profile prior to commencement of their coaching.

This document sets the framework for the coaching program and assists us in getting to know more about you and how to maximise the coaching program to your benefit. The feedback from our clients is that they find this to be a really useful process in getting clear about what they want to achieve from their coaching and it assists them in quantifying the success of their coaching at the end of their program.

Coaching sessions can run for 60 or 90 minutes (depending on the type of coaching sought), and can be conducted face to face, or over the phone. How you choose to have your coaching is a matter of personal preference and in no way impacts the success or otherwise of the coaching program.

In between sessions you have access to unlimited laser coaching by email or phone as needed. This gives you the opportunity to check in for extra support between sessions and move through challenges before the next session. These types of issues are generally resolved with only 5 minutes on the phone.

You are also encouraged to share your successes between sessions as this is an important part of acknowledging the changes you are making and reinforce your success. It is essential that you take the time to acknowledge and enjoy your successes as and when they occur!

All sessions are conducted in a space free of judgment and focusing upon supporting you to achieve your desired outcomes in a manner that works for you. All sessions are of course confidential.

Finally all clients are required to sign a coaching agreement which provides the framework for the coaching arrangement and the expectations and requirements of the coach and the client. This document serves as a formal confirmation of the positive commitment you are making to yourself and your future.

Business coaching

Business coaching clients will undertake an audit of key business areas at the commencement of their coaching program. Depending on how long you have been in business we will choose from a range of review processes to analyse the current status of your business.

Once this analysis has been completed we will work with you to prioritise the areas of your business requiring immediate attention to ensure the foundations of your business are in tact before you move into any new growth areas.

If you require specific support in the areas of sales and marketing we have coaches who specialise in these areas and can assist you with preparing business plans, marketing plans and developing strategies to improve sales.

In addition to working on the specific and measurable aspects of your business we can also review motivational factors for you as a business owner and other issues which may be impacting the performance of your team. Our group coaching services for businesses are highly valuable in terms of strengthening teamwork within your business and increasing productivity and performance.

If you are commencing a new business we can assist with this also, with a comprehensive 12 session program for new business owners to help them to build a solid foundation from which to grow their business.

Executive coaching

In the professional arena, winners in nearly every profession know that without the right coach, they won't perform at their peak. Now business people are taking advantage of the benefits of coaching too, knowing that having a coach can help them to become a better business leader.

Whilst coaching can be used to enhance performance, poor performance is less likely to be the trigger for hiring an executive coach. Many of our clients are already considered to have high potential and due to their ambition and their organisation’s commitment to growing their potential further, they hire a coach to assist them in making the small changes required to get the big results.

Executive coaching is not for those with their head in the sand. Whilst your coach is there to support you, they will also be brutally honest with you about your performance and then work with you to implement continuing improvement. A competent executive coach will push you outside of your comfort zone and make sure you stay there, as it is in this space that the greatest gains are achieved.

As part of the assessment process, we employ a variety of methods to learn more about you.
This may include:

  • Conducting a needs analysis with you and your manager
  • Interviewing others in your sphere of influence
  • Deploying a 360 feedback assessment
  • Observing you conducting business meetings, interviews, or presentations
  • Having you complete a series of self-assessments
  • Having you complete personality profiling tools

Group coaching

Teamwork is a fundamental requirement in any successful working environment. So what better way to fast track teambuilding whilst enhancing skills development than through group coaching.

At Inspired Reality we can work with small groups within your organisation or business to enhance performance. Depending on the objective for the group coaching we may employ a range of surveys or personality profiling prior to commencing the coaching which will provide valuable insights into the dynamics affecting the productivity and cohesiveness of the team.

The process of group coaching of itself can assist greatly in improving relationships between team members as they work together to analyse their environment and develop solutions which will benefit them as individuals and as a team, whilst supporting the achievement of business goals.
