Belinda Cohen - Director
Belinda Cohen is a professional consultant, coach, trainer and public speaker specialising in supporting professional services businesses, their leaders and employees. She is results oriented with a passion for assisting others to achieve success through training, consulting and coaching for professional and personal excellence.
Belinda brings over eleven years experience in the professional services arena as a highly skilled lawyer and senior manager. Belinda holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Law and is an accredited coach, trainer and public speaker. Belinda is also a member of the International Coach Federation, Law Institute of Victoria and Australian Legal Practice Management Association.
Belinda has both private practice and in-house legal and managerial experience. Her previous roles in private law firms and working in and for government agencies and departments have provided her with a unique insight into the personal and professional challenges of these environments. With her management roles having been centred on business transformation, she has become committed to assisting individuals and businesses to embrace change with enthusiasm and excitement, through the development of clear business targets and effective employee engagement.
Belinda can develop a coaching, training or consulting solution to meet your business needs. Her clients include national law firms, accounting firms, large insurers and government agencies as well as government employees and individual legal practitioners both within law firms and at the Bar. She provides her clients with objective insight and feedback relevant to their unique working environment. With a passion for people, Belinda supports her clients in developing success oriented outcomes which deliver both professional and personal fulfillment.
Renee Giarrusso
Renee Giarrusso brings together business and coaching expertise to assist in maximising the potential of individuals to excel to the next level.
Renee enjoys working with clients to bridge the gap to magnificence in their lives. Whether sessions are run one on one or as a team, Renee has the passion and ability to assist in creating transformations fitting in with the client’s objective and ultimate outcome.
Renee has a background of over 15 years in senior management & sales roles within fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), with a high level of experience in managing teams and accounts within the food and confectionery industry. She is familiar with the day to day workplace pressures that can be put on individuals to perform and the amazing benefits that coaching can provide to combat this.
With this extensive experience in retail & FMCG she has a great understanding of the needs of executives and leaders to perform at their peak. She won the National Make a Difference Award when in the Role of National Account Manager within Masterfoods and has also set up and pioneered a profit generating new business channel within Impulse.
Renee has a passion for working with people who want to better themselves and has attracted clients from the corporate and life coaching arena. She finds coaching and training rewarding and has proven results in assisting clients to lead a more empowering life both at work and on a personal level. Her bubbly personality and desire to develop and coach people has her working with clients across a broad area from government sectors to FMCG and new and upcoming companies.
Renee loves the diversity of outcomes a client may want to achieve which enables her to utilise her expertise in both coaching and business competencies. Renee has a passion for life and learning and is continually enjoying the rewards that coaching is providing for her clients and herself.

Marita Ryan
Marita brings a wealth of leadership experience in communication, personal development, executive coaching and mentoring to the corporate and business sector.
She is an accomplished presenter speaking on topics ranging from leadership qualities, EQ, work life balance, communication and business development.
A Telstra Business Awards Judge, Marita has established and continues to run a professional women’s networking group as well as a quarterly networking lunch for business women.
Her specialities are:
- enhancing communication and people development within organisations; and
- working with individuals who have achieved a significant level of success within their business or career and want to experience a greater sense of fulfilment in their work and life.
Marita enables and assists senior managers and leaders within organisations to understand how to effectively communicate and manage. By strengthening their levels of communication with their teams, colleagues and senior management, they experience an improvement in their overall effectiveness. Marita’s people development skills have been honed over many years of experience in the corporate, health and government sectors.
